How Horizelia makes money

Horizelia earns through affiliate commission: when you book a stay or an activity with a partner after following a link from this site, that partner pays us a commission. The partner pays it, never you — the price you pay is the same as if you had gone to them directly.

The ranking is not for sale

No hotel, airline or supplier can pay to rank higher in our recommendations. The ranking is computed by a deterministic algorithm that knows neither commission rates nor the commercial identity of partners. There is no paid placement on this site — were there any, regulation (P2B Regulation 2019/1150, Omnibus Directive) would require us to disclose it, and we would.

What Horizelia does, and does not do

Horizelia is a recommendation and comparison service. We sell nothing. We are neither a travel agency nor a tour operator: booking, payment, delivery of the service and after-sales support rest entirely with the partner you book with, under their own terms. We neither assemble nor sell package travel within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2015/2302.

Displayed prices

Amounts shown are either offers observed with a partner on a stated date, or estimates explicitly labelled as such with their source. They are indicative and do not constitute a contractual offer: only the price shown by the partner at the time of booking is binding.

Intellectual property

The structure of the site, its editorial texts and its practical guides are protected. Partner names, trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners. The guides cite their sources; third-party content remains the property of its authors.
